pickpro is a B2B SaaS platform for employers and recruiters. Candidates may create profiles and apply to jobs. The data controller for the service is pickpro.

We collect account data (name, email, company), usage data (logs, device, IP address), billing data (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers), job and application data, and communications within the platform.

3. How we use data

We use data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors that help us operate the service (hosting, email, payments, analytics) under appropriate agreements. Employers see candidate data submitted to their job postings. We may disclose data if required by law.

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. You may request deletion of your account subject to obligations we have to employers regarding application records.
